You don't need to read the 46-page Missouri Supreme Court decision to determine that this Guatemalan mother's due process & maternal rights were infringed upon: it's common sense!
But the lower court who earlier ruled that she had no such rights is now going to be forced to grant them to her when they re-hear the matter at some yet-to-be-determined date in the future.
Unfortunately for everyone involved, they will undoubtedly try to impinge their discriminatory perspective yet again in the future ruling, leaving the child's fate in limbo while they pursue their bigoted agenda!
But for now at least Encarnacion Romero can petition the (same?) court for visitation rights - to her own child!
I'm just dying to hear your thoughts on this!
